Medical Alert & Medical Alarm

If the phone connected to your communicator is off the hook, you have no worries with our medical alert, the call will go out. If an extension phone is in use or you are on the Internet, a special phone jack is needed in order to seize the phone line for your medical alert help call. We offer this phone jack at a small additional charge.

The range of Medical Alarm Service varies from home to home. Our home service representative will do a range test to ensure your Medical Alarm Button will work throughout your home, yard, and driveway.

We urge members to wear their Personal Help Button at all times.  Our attractive Medical Alarm Buttons are extremely lightweight and can be worn around the wrist or neck.  We even offer a special Medical Alarm Button that resembles a piece of jewelry.  All medical alarm buttons are also completely waterproof Medical alert so they can be used in the bath or shower.  

We offer what we call "Remote Answering" with our Medical Alarm Service. It is designed to keep members from rushing around the home to answer incoming phone calls. Say, for instance, you just sat down to watch television or read and your phone rings. Instead of getting up and rushing to the phone before the caller hangs up, you can remain seated. By simply pressing your Medical Alarm Personal Help Button, you will be able to speak with the caller. It is thanks to this Fall Prevention feature that members are less likely to fall from rushing to the phone.

We encourages members to press their Mecial Alarm Button before something goes wrong. If a stranger knocks at your door you can press your Medical Alarm Button and our monitors will stand-by until the stranger leaves or, they can send the police. If you need to go outside to get your mail during inclement weather you can press your Medical Alarm Button and our monitors will be happy to help you. Anytime you feel your safety may be threatened you are urged to press your Medical Alarm Button. When you need us we are there for you.
