If my power goes out will the Medical Alarm Unit still work?
Your Medical Alarm Unit will have a back-up battery which keeps the service functional during power outages. Once your power is restored, this battery will recharge the Medical Alert to be ready for the next power disruption. There is no need for an annual replacement of the battery in the medical alert.
