Will my medical alert call go out if my phone is off the hook or I am on the internet?
If the phone connected to your communicator is off the hook, you have no worries with our medical alert, the call will go out. If an extension phone is in use or you are on the Internet, a special phone jack is needed in order to seize the phone line for your medical alert help call. We offer this phone jack at a small additional charge.
