2-Way voice communicator that is regularly auto-tested. It is activated by a water-proof Help Button, which can be worn on either a neck cord or wrist strap. The signal is sent through a standard phone line.

We utilize different models in order to provide solutions for different needs. These units also give us a variety of signal range and back-up battery capacities. If the radio frequency of the unit does not allow a satisfactory range, we have other options for your Medical alert.

We do not have to settle for a limited range that could possibly place the consumer at risk.

Our Help Buttons can be easily activate Medical Alerts -- but are designed so there are few accidental activations.

Our monitoring includes Care Calls. These are preventative calls for added peace of mind. Call us if you get worried or feel in danger...we are not limited to emergencies!

We provide medical alert monitoring only, you do not have to worry about other types of emergencies intervening. Our Care Center is 5-Diamond, and is certified by the Central Station Association of America. We are the only medical alert provider that has obtained this certification.

The monitoring we provide is closed-loop. This means that we do not assume the promised help arrives -- we follow-up.
